Challenge: Hummingbirds founder, Emily Steele, hired Ampersand to help consolidate their brand messaging into one handy guide she could use with internal and external stakeholders for hiring, securing founding, earning press, etc. “I know how to talk about what we do but I want something that sums it all up so we can consistently guide our customer experience as well as connect with our ideal audience,” she said. As a first-of-its-kind platform and marketplace for local influencers and brands, the goal of the brand messaging strategy guide was to reflect both the B2B and B2C needs at a high level.
