How does your pricing and payment process work?

I require a 50% upfront deposit and then the remaining balance is due upon delivering final drafts. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I can work with customers who need to split the balance into separate payments. If the balance due is not fully paid within the timeframe of working together, I will add a 10% surcharge. Likewise, for customers who pay 100% of the cost up front, you’ll save 10% on the total invoice. 

How do I hold a spot on your schedule?

A 50% deposit on your project secures space just for you.

How many revisions are included in a project?

Projects include up to two rounds of revisions. However, by doing so much upfront research in getting to know you and your brand, we’ll rarely need both rounds of revisions.

How do you deliver drafts?

All of the work we do together is through Google Docs, as it’s a great way to collaborate and has built in version control.

Can you guarantee results?

Unfortunately not. Good copywriting is only one piece of the overall marketing puzzle. Certain variables can affect conversions, like the size of your email list, how responsive your website is, how other channels (social media, for example) are performing or working in tandem with your various marketing efforts, etc. I can guarantee ongoing dialogue, thought starters and ideas around ways you can test those variables and continuously improve all efforts to boost your bottom line. You’re in business to make more money and everything I suggest and recommend is geared toward that goal.

How quickly can you turn around first drafts and revisions?

We will align on an agreed upon timeline for when you can expect a first draft. Part of the process depends on you providing the necessary items I need to get started. When we are working with revisions, I will provide a revised draft within 72 hours as long as you get the feedback on the draft to me in the same 72-hour time frame.

I need my copy right now, is that doable?

A rush delivery can sometimes be accommodated, depending on the scope of the project. It would also require that the upfront research is also expedited. What you can expect: a rush fee of 25-50% of the project cost (depending on the project scope) and incredible copy turned around in a fraction of the normal timeline.

I don’t see what I need listed as one of your services, can you do custom quotes?

Yes! I’m happy to talk through what you’re looking for to see if we align on common goals and outcomes and then provide a quote based on that conversation.

Can I package multiple services together into one overall project?

Yes, I can do custom quotes that would fit all of your needs.
