What we did: Welcome email sequence for the WMNûp community

Challenge: Emily Cassel, founder of WMNûp, hired Ampersand to write copy for the welcome sequence that gets sent when a new subscriber lands on her website and inquires about the community offer. The high-level goal of this project was to educate new subscribers about what WMNûp community is/isn’t, who it’s for, how it’s different from other communities, why it’s the solution they need for their business, how to get started, etc. After looking at all of the benefits of being a member of a community, we set out to communicate crystal-clear value props as an entry point to all the services/programs WMNûp has to offer. And we wanted to capitalize on WMNûp’s stellar collection of testimonials to:

  • Create a foundation of trust and authority
  • Help women see themselves inside the Community (and as part of something bigger)
  • Emphasize the fun, supportive, tight-knit nature of the group
